Udang Petai Balado

500 gr udang, cuci, bersihkan

2 papan petai, kupas 

75 gr cabe giling

1 bh tomat, cincang

5 btr bawang merah, haluskan

2 lembar daun jeruk

sedikit gula pasir

garam secukupnya 

minyak untuk menggoreng

cara:

Udang dan petai digoreng setengah matang, sisihkan.

Tumis bawang merah halus, masukkan cabe giling, tomat dan daun jeruk, tumis hingga harum.

Tambahkan udang dan petai, aduk rata, masak hingga matang.
